Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2PM EST, typically ship out same day (Monday-Friday). Delivery times can vary depending on the service that you select and the destination.

After placing your order, you may click the “Login” link at the top right-hand corner of our website to view your account and track your order’s status. You will also receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment, to the email address you provided at checkout.
*Please note: Delayed delivery due to “acts of god”, e.g. weather conditions that are out of our control, do not qualify for shipping refunds on expedited shipping methods.
